Made-to-Order Products

All of our merchandise is made to order through a third-party printing and fulfillment supplier. Because each item is specially produced after an order is placed, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Sizing Information

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the size guide provided on each product page before making a purchase. Sizing and fit may vary depending on the product, so please double-check your measurements to ensure you select the correct size.

Because all merchandise is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or fit preferences.

Printing Imperfections & Defects

While we strive to provide high-quality merchandise, we do not personally print or manufacture our products. Because our designs are printed by a third-party supplier, occasional printing imperfections may occur, including slightly off-centered logos, misaligned designs, or other production errors.

If you receive an item with a noticeable printing defect, incorrect design, or significant misalignment, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost.

Please understand that because we do not maintain physical inventory, any approved replacement or exchange must be ordered again through our supplier. This means additional production and shipping time may be required.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive an item with a printing defect or production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your request and work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur during production and do not automatically qualify as defects. However, we are committed to making things right when a product arrives with a significant manufacturing error.
